Latte Art Basics

You will learn the science behind steaming milk to achieve the proper latte texture and temperature, and how to pour latte art using what’s called a “free pour” technique, which does not use tools or stencils and instead focuses on the espresso, milk, and the barista’s technique.

In this hands-on workshop, you will be able to practice your latte art alongside an expert instructor. By the end of the class, you will have knowledge to steam milk to the ideal texture and temperature and pour a heart design into a latte.
