When is the coffee roasted?

We roast all coffee in small batches. Our main roasting day is Saturday, and most orders are roasted shortly before shipping to ensure maximum freshness.

When should I brew the coffee?

  • Espresso: best after 10–14 days
  • Filter (V60, Kalita Wave, etc.): best after 4–10 days

Freshly roasted coffee needs a bit of time to “rest” and fully develop its flavor.

Do you offer different roast levels?

We focus on light to medium roasts to highlight the natural characteristics of each coffee — origin, variety, and processing.

What's the difference between light, medium, and dark roast?

Light roasts preserve more of the bean's original character with bright, fruity notes. Medium roasts offer a balanced flavor with mild acidity. Dark roasts have a bolder, more intense taste with lower acidity.

Is your coffee suitable for espresso or filter?

Each coffee has its own personality.
We usually indicate the best use on the product page, but most of our coffees can work for both — depending on your preference.

Do you grind the coffee?

We only ship whole coffee bean to best preserve all the delicate aromas and flavours.

How should I store my coffee beans?

Store your beans in an airtight container away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. We recommend keeping them at room temperature and grinding just before brewing for the best flavor.

How long does coffee stay fresh?

Coffee is best within 3–4 weeks after roasting.
It won’t go bad after that, but you may notice a loss in aroma and complexity.

How long does delivery take?

Orders within Germany are typically delivered within 2–4 business days. EU deliveries may take 4–7 business days depending on the destination countr

Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above a certain threshold. Please check our shipping page for current details.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes — you can pick up your order at our café during opening hours. It’s the fastest way to get your coffee freshly roasted and avoid shipping fees.

Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a notification with all the details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other common payment methods available at checkout.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your discount code in the designated field at checkout. Only one code can be applied per order.
