Founded in 2014, we started as a multi-roaster coffee shop focused on serving high-quality coffee. We firmly believe that everyone should have access to exceptional coffee.

In 2020, we took a major step forward by sourcing our own coffee, giving us greater control over quality and selection. At first, we partnered with a trusted roaster to bring our vision to life. We selected coffees that would appeal to both coffee enthusiasts and everyday drinkers — coffees that are round and accessible without being boring.

In mid-2024, we took another step forward and installed our own in-house roaster, the Stronghold S9X. Fully electric, it allows us to roast with precision while minimizing our environmental impact. Our energy comes entirely from wind and solar power, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability.

At the roastery, we follow a buying calendar aligned with the harvest cycles of our producer partners and their farms. We select coffees that stand out in blind tastings, helping to bring the hard work of our producers into the spotlight. At the end of the day, the stories we tell are really theirs.

We are an independent, local company, focused on what matters most to us: quality coffee and good service.
