Boqueirão Farm - Brazil

Luciano Rodrigues Carneiro and his family proudly run Fazenda Boqueirão, a family -owned farm dedicated to the production of specialty coffees. Everyone in the family is involved in the project, sharing a deep passion for coffee and the land they cultivate. 

Located in Patrocínio, Minas Gerais, in the heart of the Cerrado Mineiro, Fazenda Boqueirão sits at an average altitude of 1,200 meters — conditions ideal for growing high -quality coffees. The property is often described by the family as “a little piece of paradise on Earth,” thanks to its waterfalls, natural pools, canyon, centenary trees, freshwater springs, rich biodiversity, and breathtaking views that captivate every visitor.

In specialty coffee processing, the farm works with natural, aerobic fermented, anaerobic fermented, and pulped natural methods. All coffees go through wet processing, including washing and careful sorting by ripeness. Drying is done exclusively under the sun on concrete patios, without the use of mechanical dryers. After drying, the coffees rest for 30 days in wooden silos before milling, ensuring quality and consistency in every lot produced.
