Las Veraneras is a coffee project operated by Rodrigo Sánchez and Claudia Samboni in the Peñas Blancas mountains of Huila, Colombia. The farm sits at 1500–1750 m.a.s.l. and is surrounded by protected forest, creating an ideal environment for high-quality coffee cultivation.
Rodrigo and Claudia are internationally recognized producers, with their coffees frequently used in competitions worldwide.
This SL28 lot was harvested at high ripeness, followed by controlled oxidation, extended fermentation, and careful washed processing. The coffee was slowly dried over 24–25 days, resulting in a clean, complex, and expressive cup.
